Proudly Codemark Certified, our Deemed to Satisfy (DtS) non combustible cladding materials ensure unparalleled quality, reliability, and compliance for your projects.

CodeMark is a product-based certification managed by the Australian Building Codes Board. Administered by certifiers Global-Mark, it is considered the building industry’s highest level of product conformance. PROBOND has undergone a three-part assessment comprising a full audit of literature and performance test reports, a physical quality audit at the factory, and on-site installation audits.

Non-Combustible

At PROBOND we recognise the importance of meeting the building requirements set out in the National Construction Code (NCC).

Under the Deemed-to-Satisfy Provisions of NCC Volume One, external walls of buildings of Type A and Type B construction must be constructed wholly of materials that are not deemed combustible as determined by testing in accordance with AS 1530.1.

Therefore, external wall cladding in Type A and Type B constructions must be non-combustible under a Deemed-to-Satisfy Solution unless a concession, such as C1.12, enables otherwise.

Unlimited Colour

While PROCORE A1® and PROMINIUM® architectural cladding panels are available in an extensive range of standard colours and specialty finishes, any imaginable permutation can be created.

Match corporate branding requirements or specific PMS colours or create a combination that is totally bespoke.

Custom sizes are also available and ideal for high volume applications to minimise fabrication effort.

Installation

The PROfix Cassette Installation System is recommended for use when installing PROBOND® Aluminium Composite Panel to new constructions, structures and refurbishments.

Cassette Fix refers to folding returns around the edge of each panel which creates “a shoe box lid” cassette panel. These cassette panels are then fixed to Z-angles which screw together and fix to tophats to create a curtain wall. The PROfix Cassette is the perfect installation solution for all PROBOND composite cladding systems.
